Needs Assessment
Before designing the training, we assess your organization needs. We interview management. We survey staff. We review recent compliance incidents. We identify knowledge gaps. The needs assessment ensures we focus on what matters. We do not waste time on topics your staff already know.
Custom Curriculum
Based on the needs assessment, we design a custom curriculum. The curriculum includes learning objectives, module descriptions, duration, and assessment methods. We share the curriculum with you for approval. We revise as needed. The final curriculum is tailored to your organization, your products, and your staff roles.
In Person or Virtual Delivery
We deliver training in person at your office or virtually via video call. In person training allows for more interaction and hands on activities. Virtual training is more convenient for staff across multiple locations. Both formats are effective. Choose what works for you. We can also record the training sessions for later viewing.
Training Materials
Each participant receives a training workbook. The workbook includes the slide deck, key definitions, case studies, practice exercises, and reference materials. The workbook is printed and bound. Participants can keep it for future reference. For virtual training, we mail workbooks in advance or provide PDF files.
Pre and Post Assessments
We assess participant knowledge before and after training. The pre assessment identifies gaps. The post assessment measures learning. We compare the two to quantify improvement. We provide a report to management. The assessments also help participants focus on areas they need to study.
Certificates of Completion
Participants who complete the training and pass the post assessment receive a certificate of completion. The certificate includes the participant name, training title, date, duration, and our official seal. Participants can add the certificate to their professional development records.

We offer follow up training after six months. Refresher sessions to reinforce learning. We also offer train the trainer programs.
Frequently Asked Questions
The duration depends on the level. Awareness training for all staff is two to three hours. Foundation training for customer facing staff is one to two days. Specialist training for compliance and product teams is three to five days. We can break longer training into modules. For example a five day specialist training could be delivered as two hours per week over five weeks. This is less disruptive to operations. It also allows participants to absorb the material gradually.
Yes. Our training is professional and respectful. It is suitable for all staff regardless of faith. We explain Islamic finance concepts without proselytizing. Non Muslim staff do not need to convert to understand the products they sell. They just need to know the rules. For example they need to know that riba is prohibited and why the bank avoids it. They do not need to believe in Islam personally. We have trained thousands of non Muslim staff across Asia and the Middle East. All found the training useful and respectful.
Our corporate training fee depends on the level, number of participants, and delivery method. For awareness training for up to 30 participants, our fee is HKD 10,000 to HKD 20,000. For foundation training for up to 30 participants, our fee is HKD 20,000 to HKD 40,000. For specialist training for up to 15 participants, our fee is HKD 40,000 to HKD 80,000. These fees include needs assessment, curriculum design, materials, delivery, assessments, and certificates. Travel expenses for in person training are additional. Discounts are available for multiple trainings booked together.
Yes. We offer train the trainer programs. Instead of training your staff directly, we train your internal trainers to deliver the curriculum themselves. This is cost effective for large organizations. You pay a one time fee for curriculum development and trainer certification. Then your trainers deliver the training repeatedly at no additional cost. We provide the slide decks, workbooks, and assessments. We train your trainers over two to three days. We certify them as qualified to deliver our curriculum. We remain available for backup support and annual curriculum updates. The train the trainer fee is HKD 80,000 to HKD 150,000 depending on curriculum complexity.
Absolutely. Customization is our specialty. We do not use generic content. We review your products, your contracts, and your customer scenarios. We incorporate them into the training. Your staff learn on your products. For example in a Murabaha training, we use your actual contract template. We walk through each clause. We explain what it means. We show how to fill it out correctly. This practical approach is much more effective than generic training. Your staff leave knowing exactly what to do.
Yes. In addition to live training, we offer self paced online courses. Your staff can watch videos, read materials, and take quizzes on their own schedule. This is convenient for organizations with shift workers or remote staff. The online courses are less interactive than live training. But they are more flexible.
