Yes. The retainer is month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel, we will complete any work in progress. We will provide a final quarterly report and annual certificate if due. After cancellation, you can still ask questions. We charge an hourly rate for ad hoc advice. Many clients return after a few months. We welcome you back.
Our advisory retainer fee is HKD 3,000 to HKD 10,000 per month depending on the size and complexity of your business. A small business with simple operations pays HKD 3,000. A medium business with multiple products pays HKD 5,000 to HKD 7,000. A large business with complex operations pays HKD 8,000 to HKD 10,000. We provide a fixed price quote after the initial consultation. You know exactly what you pay. No surprises. Discounts are available for annual prepayment.
